Quick answer
The captured Steam language table lists 14 interface languages for WARDOGS. English is marked for full audio. The subtitle column was not marked for the listed languages in the Steam requirements page.
Interface, audio, and subtitles are separate categories. A translated interface can arrive without matching translated voice support.

What should interface localization cover?
For WARDOGS, interface translation matters because the player is making economy and squad decisions. A good launch audit should check menus, inventory, weapon descriptions, equipment prices, objectives, map markers, squad controls, progression, warnings, reset messages, and error states.
Translation quality still depends on in-game wording, UI fit, and live build review.
Does voice chat get translated?
Proximity voice chat should be treated separately from interface and developer-recorded audio. A player using a Chinese interface may still hear English, German, or any other language from nearby players.
